My classes are proven to help people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels to attain well-being, strength and relaxation. I mainly specialize in aerobics and Zumba classes. Find out more about my class types.My classes I am an experienced instructor, fun to work with, and completely professional. I take most of my classes in facilities that feature state-of-the-art equipment and contemporary training and consultation areas. Hope to see you soon at my classes. About Sally Sally currently teaches about 20 classes a week which tells you something about her level of fitness. Phew! Although she looks so well and healthy, Sally has actually fought her way back from two very serious, and potentially terminal, illnesses. Fitness Overall fitness is made up of five main components: • Cardio-respiratory endurance • Muscular strength • Muscular endurance • Body composition • Flexibility For those who are interested, a definition of fitness and a detailed description of its various components can be found on Sally's fitness information page. Diet Oh, and by the way, do not forget the benefits of a healthy diet and lifestyle. If you can, please eat five portions of fruit and/or vegetables each day. Walk as far as you can, ideally in a brisk manner. Take the stairs rather than the lift or escalator at work or when shopping (p.s. I love shopping!). Exercise and a healthy diet will help to reduce your blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
