Sally - Newspaper and radio features

Sally was interviewed by Nick Piercey (BBC Radio Oxford, 18th September 2012)  about her journey from being seriously ill to becoming a fitness instructor who is now a 'picture of health'. Hear her story on BBC Radio Oxford.

Sally was also interviewed by Phil Gayle on BBC Radio Oxford (3rd October 2012) about malignant melanoma (skin cancer) and her thoughts on why you should not  expose your skin to excessive UV radiation. 

Sally's inspiring story has also been featured in an article in the Oxford Mail. 

Sally's classes will soon be featured in a Daily Mail article by the journalist Liz Hodgkinson, which will explain the benefits of staying fit as we all grow older. (Coming soon).
