Background information on Sally's class types Abs Blast A 30 minute class mainly involving pure abdominal exercises - tough! Aerotone A 45 minute cardio-vascular workout with some body conditioning. Body Conditioning A 60 minute class concentrating on low impact conditioning moves to work out the whole body using bands and weights. Legs, Bums and Tums A 60 minute class of half and half aerobics and body conditioning concentrating on the abdominal muscles and the bottom area. 20 Twenty 20 Aerobics for 20 minutes, 20 minutes of step exercises and 20 minutes of abdominal conditioning. Primetime Classes for more mature groups are available on request. Some of my best clients are the over sixties and way beyond, and they really enjoy my classes. Zumba A latin and popular music inspired dance party lasting 60 minutes, designed to get you fit without really knowing you are taking serious exercise. A real fun class. Come on down and be tempted.
